Around 80,000 Palestinians have fled Gaza City since Israel launched an offensive against the city at the end of June and ordered an evacuation, according to the UN humanitarian agency.
“Many live in rubble or in damaged buildings,” writes Ocha X.
Aid organizations are working hard to help the fleeing people, according to Ocha, but their hands are tied behind their backs.
Tens of thousands have been killed and nearly two million Gazans have been forced to leave their homes since the start of the war in October, which followed a deadly attack by terror-labeled Hamas on Israel. In line with Israel’s warfare, aid organizations have repeatedly raised the alarm about famine and widespread spread of infectious diseases in Gaza.
