JO was on trial for six car break-ins, for which the Public Prosecution Service demanded one year in prison. The most notable of these was the one in a nondescript policeman’s car. Two firearms, a laptop, two holsters and an extendable baton were stolen from the vehicle parked at the Overvecht shopping center on May 12 last year.
