The web app for EA Sports FC 24 offers you the opportunity to work on your Ultimate Team and prepare for the start even before the game is released. We’ll show you tips on what you can do with the web app.
This is the web app for FC 24: The web app for EA Sports FC 24 is launching today, September 20, 2023. This is a few days before EA Sports FC 24 early access and 9 days before the game’s official release
Even without the complete game, you can use the web app to tinker a bit with your own Ultimate Team. You can earn your first coins, solve SBCs and buy players.
We have collected some tips for the first few days with the web app.
1. Choose a useful starter nation
Which starter nations are worth it? Normally, when you start Ultimate Team, you have to choose a starter nation from which you will receive your first cards.
However, since most of these card gifts are unlikely to be strong enough for your team, it may be worth choosing a nation that could be useful for the first SBCs (Squad Building Challenge) in FC 24. These can already be addressed now.
Nations that are spread across many leagues are suitable here. Examples include Brazil, Argentina and Germany.
2. Which cards sell? Which not?
What do I do with the first cards from the packs? That depends entirely on what cards you draw.
3. Should I sell tickets quickly?
You have to pay attention to this: In general, you get more coins by offering cards on the transfer market than by selling them quickly. Therefore, it is often appropriate to choose the somewhat more tedious method and offer the cards on the transfer market for a higher price.
However, there is one exception that is quite interesting. Quickly sold tickets can be redeemed via the web app until a certain point in time “bring back”.
For example, if you draw a more expensive special card like a TOTW card, you will get a lot of coins in one fell swoop if you sell it quickly. This way you can secure coins in the short term so that you can invest more in trading.
You then use some of your coins to get the special card that was sold quickly back and sell it at a higher price at a later date.
4. Cosmetic items can be quite valuable
What items are we talking about? Jerseys, stadiums, anthems, goal music and the like are all cosmetic items that are quickly dismissed as pack filler and ignored. But especially at the start of the FUT season, these things can sometimes be sold at a really high price.
At the start, many players first customize their clubs, look for the jerseys of their favorite clubs and design what their club should look like overall.
At this point in time, items from popular clubs such as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Co. may sell well.
5. Solve SBCs as cheaply as possible
Which SBCs are we talking about? Squad Building Challenges offer a great way to earn rewards. There are the classic starter SBCs here, but also the somewhat more complex ones from this area “Hybrid nations” and “Hybrid leagues”. It is not yet known whether the rewards from this will be non-exchangeable again like last year.
It is important that you solve the SBCs without major investments on the transfer market if possible. Only buy individual players. If you’re lucky, the SBCs can then bring good rewards without investing a lot of powerful cards or coins.
6. Look for SBC solutions when trading
You have to pay attention to this: In the first few days after the launch of the web app, many players will jump on the existing SBCs – because there’s not much more you can do in the web app.
For this, many rely on SBC solutions “futbin” or other sites and that’s exactly what you can use to your advantage.
You simply look at which cards are included in the most popular SBC solutions and check whether you can buy them cheaply and sell them later for a higher price. Even better: You have a few of these cards in your club and sell them when demand for SBCs is highest.
