The 2009 horror-comedy follows a group of survivors in search of a zombie-free theme park called Pacific Playland. They encounter all sorts of obstacles and have to adhere to certain “rules of survival”.

This is what the IMDb ratings say: On IMDb, the series has 7.6 out of 10 stars from 606,993 user ratings.

Zombieland scores above all with its pitch-black humor and satirical implementation of the genre. The “rules of survival” in Zombieland include sufficient cardio and loosening up exercises when it comes to escaping or fighting the zombies.

Fun fact: The dog that Woody Harrelson plays with in a flashback scene belongs to actress Abigail Breslin (Little Rock) (via IMDb).
