An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.2 occurred in the south of the Fiji Islands in the South Pacific.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) announced that the epicenter of the earthquake was 710 kilometers southeast of the city of Suva.
According to the first determinations, there was no loss of life and property in the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred 160 kilometers below the ground.
It was stated that there was no “tsunami” warning after the earthquake. (AA)
