We have heard it before: the judge who takes office in the US Supreme Court can have a decisive position of power in the United States. And decide in decisions concerning the right to abortion, weapons issues or freedom of expression.
From a Swedish perspective, it may sound a little strange that these kinds of questions can hang on a person, and create such a big debate in the US.
