Many people think vegan food and vegan foods are boring, monotonous and are often associated as a substitute for meat produced outside of the dairy and meat industry. If you’re vegan, you’ve probably been told that you’re eating “rabbit food,” to refer to salad, vegetables, and fruit.

Today, there is a wide range of popular vegan products to choose from as an alternative to meat or dairy products. But what everyone may not know is that many popular products are vegan in their natural form, without marketing themselves to be specifically vegan.
This applies to everything from sauces to buns, snacks and sweets. Many small sweets contain gelatin and therefore cannot be classified as either vegetarian or vegan because they are animal and come from animals. But there are some real classics that do not contain gelatin and are also vegan.
