A 57-year-old man returned to Arlanda after being abroad. The man was stopped by customs at Arlanda airport and there it was found that he tried to smuggle various things into the country.
Tried to smuggle cigarettes and aphrodisiacs
He allegedly took 1,400 cigarettes with him without reporting this. The man is said to have also brought three kilos of hookah tobacco to customs processing.
This was considered to have given rise to a danger that customs, other taxes or charges are evaded from the public, according to the penalty order which News24 took part in.
The man also allegedly tried to smuggle in 210 sildenafil gel packages, which is prohibited. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra and is available by prescription in Sweden.

The goods were seized and confiscated and the man had to pay 50 daily fines of SEK 50, which totaled SEK 2,500.
