A 54-year-old man had some known risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
After a visit to his health center and work samples, the health care team decided in consultation with a heart specialist that the man would have a further investigation with X-rays of the coronary arteries of the heart within two to three months, it is stated in the report which News24 took part in.

But the man never received any follow-up and ten months later he died.
