Melon Gazpacho

Enjoy it melon in summer soup with this gazpacho:

  • peel and seed the melon;
  • cut it into pieces and place them in a blender;
  • add a little salt, pepper and a pinch of Espelette pepper ;
  • mix everything then serve it in cups;
  • For the final touch, add a piece of raw ham and some pine nuts before serving.

Note: you can serve this gazpacho as an aperitif by adding two spoonfuls of white wine, port or muscat before mixing everything.

Fruit salad

Melon in fruit salad:

  • wash them strawberrieshull them then cut them in 4;
  • wash then hull them raspberries ;
  • peel and deseed a melon ;
  • take melon balls;

  • leaving the skin on, cut thin slices of melon;
  • cut the slices into quarters that you will put on a dish;
  • on a few quarters, place a piece of raw ham with crumbled Feta, all drizzled with a vinaigrette;
  • on the other quarters, place a little oriental tabbouleh;
  • keep the tapas in the refrigerator for one hour before serving them.

Note: to change from raw ham, try the duck breast which goes wonderfully with melon.
