Juicy, sweet or tangy, white, red or black grapes provide temporary freshness. Rich in water and many other trace elements and minerals, you can enjoy this fruit all day long. Here are some recipes to make to enjoy grapes all summer long.

Fresh or dried, grapes black or white invite themselves into the kitchen. Fresh, they will bring sugar and freshness all summer to hydrate you during a period of high heat or of heat wave.
grape cocktail
Try this original cocktail for an aperitif with friends:
- pass the cluster of grape under water then shell it;
- place the grains in a saucepan with two tablespoons of powdered sugar and water;
- let the preparation simmer;
- once sifted and still hot, add three sprigs of mint ;
- leave to cool and add the juice of half alemon ;
- place the preparation fridge during two hours ;
- before serving the cocktail, strain the preparation and serve it in glasses ;
- place a slice of lemon for decoration and add 1/3 of lemonade for the sparkling side.
To know: you can make this cocktail with white or black grains, or both to compose colorful cocktails.
Muscat grape tart
Here is a dessert that will please the whole family. Another way to enjoy black or white beans:
- wash and destem a bunch of grapes;
- roll out a shortcrust pastry in a pie pan;
- place the grains next to each other on the dough and put the mold in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C;
- in a salad bowl, mix milk, fresh cream and a few drops of extract of vanilla ;
- out of the oven, pour the mixture into the mold, over the grapes;
- put the mold in the oven again for 30 minutes;
- Once the pie has cooled, serve the slices with homemade whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Grape, Pear and Lime Vitamin Smoothie
Prepare a smoothie to giveenergy to the whole family:
- wash then shell the bunch of grapes;
- peel one Kiwi and cut it in half;
- place it Kiwi and grapes in a blender;
- add a lemon juice, a natural yogurt then two teaspoons of Honey ;
- mix the preparation again;
- place it in the fridge for an hour;
- serve in glasses with straws;
- place half a slice of kiwi on the rim of the glasses for the decorative touch.

Muscat and Chasselas lend themselves perfectly to cooking. They bring a touch of sweetness with white meat or in a sauce. They go wonderfully with a cheese platter. They invite themselves into cakes, cookies or crumbles. Fresh or dried, think of grapes for a good part of the year.
Fresh salad with grapes
Here is the recipe for a mixed salad that will serve as a sweet and savory main dish:
- wash a few leaves of mesclun and dry them;
- cut some figs into four then prepare the grapes;
- on a plate, place a few lettuce leaves then pieces of figs and a few grapes;
- for cheese lovers, add pieces of Fourme d’Ambert or Roquefort;
- for meat lovers, add a few pieces of duck or chicken breast;
- season to your liking and place a few kernels of nut ;
- serve on plates with some toasted bread.
Sweet gourmet skewers
For dessert or for an aperitif, prepare fruit skewers to bring a touch of freshness around the table:
- wash some grapes;
- do the same with strawberries and stem them;
- cut out pieces ofpineapple and of apple ;
- prepare some mint leaves;
- on a pike woodplace one fruit of each with a mint leaf from time to time;
- enjoy them plain or dipped in a dark chocolate sauce.
Note: for a child’s birthday, mix the fruit with candy.
