43-year-old convicted – threat to Dumpen revealed large drug stash

The police were alerted about the 43-year-old after he sent a threat to the pedophile hunters on the Dumpen site who had confronted him. When the police searched the man’s apartment, they found a large amount of narcotics – roughly 77 kilograms of cannabis, 6.5 kilograms of amphetamine and a little more than a kilogram of cocaine – and a gun, as well as ammunition.

The 43-year-old admitted before the court that he had been tasked with taking care of the drug warehouse, but that he had been forced to do so by persons unknown to him. It was about an emergency and that he should therefore be acquitted of the crime, said the 43-year-old. However, he admitted possession of the gun found in the apartment.

But the district court writes in the judgment:

“His story is such that, because of its vagueness, it eludes all control. In view of these circumstances, the district court considers that his emergency objection is so loosely founded that it can be disregarded.”

The 43-year-old has not previously been charged with any serious crime.
