The course will also emphasize the general aspects of the Crisis Code and in particular the legislation on Judicial Liquidation in consideration of the fact that more and more Courts, in the context of controlled liquidation procedures, in addition to appointing professionals registered in the Register of subjects appointed by the judicial authority with management and control functions in the procedures referred to in the Crisis Code, refer the management of Controlled Liquidations to the legislation for Judicial Liquidations.
