At least 15 people have died and around 30 have been injured after a car plowed into New Year’s revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
“This man tried to run over as many people as he possibly could,” said New Orleans Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick.
Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who is suspected of the crime, has died. According to the FBI, he has been inspired by the terrorist movement IS.
