22-year-old donates $10 to starving family, then withdraws donation: Causes outrage

The 22-year-old streamer “Cheesur” has made himself Public Enemy #1 on Kick by donating $10 to a mother in need, but then took the money back and insulted the woman for not being “grateful” enough.

Which scene upsets people?

  • The streamer was on the air on the controversial streaming service Kick. In the middle of the stream, after about four and a half hours, he played a kind of “chat roulette” with the “Monkey” app: he was connected to various chat partners via video call. He ended up on a video call with a woman who had her young child with her. Both looked dejected and sad.
  • The woman asked the streamer for money: “Any amount would help.” The streamer transferred $10 to her cell phone: “Is that enough?” he asked. The woman said: “Yes, that is enough”.
  • But then the streamer waited skeptically, made a face and looked sour. The woman said, “Yeah, that’s enough for McDonald’s fries,” and the streamer got angry: He just sent her $10. She is not grateful. He has now withdrawn the payment, she gets nothing. Then he insults her, yells into the camera and the conversation is over.
  • The clip outraged many users on Twitter:

Streamer previously told a woman he was worth $10 million

What’s so strange? The streamer, before meeting the 24-year-old woman from Richmond, told a 20-year-old that he owns a $10 million “construction company” that he inherited from his father and works hard all the time .

According to Twitter, he had previously won $2,000 gambling.

What are the reactions to the clip? The clip from the action has since been viewed 1.4 million times on Twitter. The reactions are angry and outraged:

  • One says, “We should cancel the guy, to be honest.”
  • “Lock the man up as soon as possible.”
  • “He won $2,000 gambling and gives back $10 to a starving child. Wow.”
  • The one who uploaded the clip says, “I can’t believe I used to be a mod for this guy.”

How does the streamer react? The streamer addressed the reaction earlier in the same stream, rewatched the conversation on replay and said if she had only thanked him he would have sent her $50 more.

But he saw his behavior as a clear “win”. She “peed” on his $10.

On closer inspection, he said his behavior was “pretty bad,” but he didn’t care. He doesn’t care.

Apparently this is an example of how you can really overdo it with negative attention, even if you belong to Adin Ross’ circle. Cheesur is considered the multimillionaire’s good friend:
