21-year-old Twitch streamer LetsHugo has one absolute criterion for what a potential woman he would be interested in dating must offer: She must not only play Minecraft, but have played it, and at that, 10 years ago.
This is the situation:
“I couldn’t date a woman who doesn’t know what Minecraft is”
These are his requirements for a dream woman: In casual conversation, we talk about exclusion criteria for women. The one point that would make it impossible to be with even an otherwise perfect woman:
But LetsHugo goes one step further: The most important thing is that his dream woman experienced the Minecraft hype, i.e. played Minecraft between 2013 and 2014.
As a reminder, LetsHugo is only 21, so at the time he was about 10 years old – but it is important to him that his dream woman was also in Minecraft fever at the time, as he says.
“If she didn’t get into Minecraft back then, forget it”
This is LetsHugo’s clear demand: A woman who experienced the Minecraft hype and then never played again – he could imagine teaching her the new version as a compromise. But she must have played 10 years ago.
LetsHugo remains firm:
She is supposed to have got on 1.6, 1.7, 1.8 – if she didn’t get on then, forget it.
A woman he has to teach Minecraft to again and then she does everything wrong would simply drive him crazy, LetsHugo explains to his amused Twitch colleagues. He would have to explain ALL the crafting recipes to her.
Of course, no one can be expected to do that.
A friend of LetsHugo must have loved Minecraft at the age of 9
When did the patches for Minecraft come that LetsHugo still allows?
A friend of LetsHugo’s who is the same age or a little younger must have caught the Minecraft fever when she was between 7 and 10 years old.
It would be more realistic if he just found a girlfriend who didn’t ask him whether he was the Full Hugo or the Hungry Hugo.
The 21-year-old would be a good match, at least for the few women who meet his exquisite standards: Twitch streamer shows how much he earns with gaming videos on YouTube
