21 million for Princess Leia’s dress
The dress that Carrie Fisher wore as Princess Leia in the final scene of the first “Star Wars” movie can now be sold at auction for up to around 21 million Swedish kronor, The Wrap reports.
The dress was long thought to be destroyed, but has now been found in the attic of one of the film’s original cast members. After being restored by hand over eight months, the dress is now to be sold at auction. The dress is believed to be the last surviving piece of clothing from Princess Leia’s wardrobe.
