France will organize the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Many questions have arisen about the participation in these Games of Russian and Belarusian athletes since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine a year ago. The Paralympic Committee decided to authorize their participation under a neutral banner and certain conditions.
