The Paris 2024 Games are now over, it’s time for Los Angeles 2028. The closing ceremony took place on Sunday, August 11 at the Stade de France, north of Paris. A ceremony attended by the athletes and their delegations, during which the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, handed over the Olympic flag to Karen Bass, mayor of the city of angels. Los Angeles took over with actor Tom Cruise as the star guest of the ceremony. At the Club France, north of Paris, in front of a giant screen, spectators are torn between sadness, emotion and eagerness to discover what Los Angeles 2028 has in store for us.
