After the eight medals on Monday, July 29, the French delegation is once again hoping for several medals! The day will revolve around two names, our double Olympic champion Clarisse Agbegnenou and swimmer Leon Marchand who is competing in 4 races between this morning and the evening session in the 200m butterfly and the 200m breaststroke. We will also follow Maxime Grousset in the 100m freestyle.
Men’s team sports will be in the spotlight, with volleyball against Canada, water polo against Japan, field hockey against Spain, basketball against Japan, 3×3 which is launching its competition against Poland and football against New Zealand. The handball players will face Brazil while the 3×3 girls will play the Chinese.

As in every Olympics, there will be highlights. The first week of competition will be marked in particular by the swimming events from July 27 to August 4. To see the French chances, we will certainly have to focus on the men’s decathlon from August 2nd to 3rd. The handball finals will take place on August 10th for women and August 11th for men.
