2024 legislative elections: what is my constituency?

What is my constituency in the 2024 legislative elections

The first round of the legislative elections takes place this Sunday. We help you find the constituency in which you must vote to elect your deputy.

This Sunday, the French elect their deputies. The legislative elections take place in 577 separate constituencies, in which several candidates are invested. Before going to vote, you must therefore know which constituency you depend on to choose which candidate to support. However, many voters do not know the number of their constituency. But don’t worry, we explain how to find it.

Find your constituency

Each department is divided into several constituencies. The city of Paris alone has 18. Your constituency therefore depends on the address you declared when you you are registered on the electoral lists. As a reminder, all French citizens who have taken their census are automatically registered on the electoral lists of the municipality where they took their census.

To help you find your way around, the National Assembly website provides you with an interactive map, which can be consulted here : you just need to click on your department. The latter then appears with its division by constituency. By hovering your mouse over each constituency, you will see the name of the municipalities it encompasses.

Find your candidate and your polling station

Have you found your constituency? All you have to do now is find out the names of the candidates running there for these 2024 legislative elections. To do this, you can use the map below. Click on your department: the list of candidates by constituency will then appear.

Once you have found your constituency, you still need to know which polling station to vote in. You can find out using the search engine at the top of the article. You can also check the address of your polling station on the Ministry of the Interior websiteYou will then have all the information you need to vote on Sunday June 30 in the first round of the legislative elections.
