SWIMMING. Until June 25, the swimming world championships are on the menu of the Budapest swimming pool with several chances of medals for the French.

The world swimming championships are taking place in the Budapest swimming pool until June 25 and the results of the French are already very positive with two medals in the tricolor ranks. After the impressive triumph of Léon Marchand in the 400m medley on Saturday June 18, Marie Wattel brought the second medal of the French delegation in the 100m butterfly with the silver medal. Two medals in two days hadn’t happened since Kazan in 2015.

Of course, there are still good chances of medals for the Blues during these worlds. Léon Marchand is still involved in several races and is aiming for other medals while Florent Manaudou will be involved at the end of these world championships in the 50m freestyle event.
