2022 tax return date whos next this Wednesday June 8

TAX DATE 2022. Paris, the Var or Martinique… Many departments are affected by the final tax deadline: Wednesday, June 8.

[Mis à jour le 6 juin 2022 à 08h14] This is the last straight line to complete your tax return! And even the very last hours. Indeed, the final deadline for completing it and returning it to the tax authorities is set at Wednesday, June 8, 2022. This date concerns the departments numbered from 55 to 974/976 which declared their income online, on the internet. There are departments like Paristhem Yvelinesthem Hauts-de-Seineor the Vaucluse. Be aware that if you do not return your declaration on time, significant penalties may be imposed on you. In other words, an increase of 10% at 40% on the total amount of income tax due in the summer. To avoid any inconvenience, hurry up and go to the tax site, you still have a few hours left. Linternaute.com also reminds you of the full schedule of deadlines for this 2022 declarative campaign:

  • AREA 1: May 24, 2022 (departments n° 01 to 19) online
  • AREA 2: May 31, 2022 (departments no. 20 to 54) online
  • AREA 3: June 8, 2022 (departments no. 55 to 974/976) online
  • ALL AREAS: May 31, 2022 (paper)

To declare online, you must connect to your private space with your tax number and your password. If you do not yet have a password, enter your tax number, your online access number and your reference tax income. You will find these identifiers on the tax return received in April (tax number and online access number) and on the tax notice received in August N-1 (reference tax income).

If you have forgotten your tax number or your password, on the authentication screen, the procedures allow you to recover your identifiers.

Once authenticated, select the “Declare my income” service. Your online declaration will be pre-filled with information known to the administration. All you have to do is verify your marital status, your address and the pre-filled amounts. You can correct them if necessary. Then, you will complete the other income you have received and the charges, reductions or tax credits to which you are entitled. Don’t forget to sign your online declaration for it to be taken into account.
