Details of the first versions to be offered for the 2022 BMW 7 Series

The new generation 7 Series will be available in Europe for the first time with the fully electric BMW i7 xDrive60 version. This model, which offers a range of up to 625 km according to WLTP norms, has two electric motors located on the front and rear axles. Producing a total of 544 horsepower and 745 Nm of torque, the i7 xDrive60 can reach from 10 percent to 80 percent fullness in 34 minutes at the fast charging station. M760e xDrive stands out as one of the most powerful engine options in the new product range. This model with rechargeable technology produces 571 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The New 7 Series with Plug-in Hybrid engine, which is planned to be put on sale in many markets at the beginning of 2023, has the 5th generation of eDrive technology, just like the all-electric model. Thanks to this technology, the car can travel 80 km on electricity alone. The 740d xDrive diesel engine version is among the alternative engines of the New BMW 7 Series. The new BMW 7 Series models with this 300 horsepower unit are expected to take their place on the European market in the spring of 2023.
