Nieuwegein – The 20-year-old Angelo D. from Nieuwegein has to stay in his cell in Almelo for a while if it is up to the court in Zutphen. The man went on March 4 of this year with his car, possibly under the influence of cannabis, zigzagging along the A12 highway and the N224 around Arnhem. On the way, he rammed into a police car, a Tesla and a Mini, all with occupants.
