Brant OPP said Monday that about $ 190,000 in stolen property has been recovered during a two-month investigation.

Police said six people, aged 24 to 50, have been charged. Four are Brant County residents, one is from Hamilton and one from Haldimand County. All are facing multiple counts that include weapons, stolen property, drug and firearms charges.
Among property recovered were several motor vehicles, trailers and tools.
Police said that the Brant OPP community street crimes unit in July started a stolen property investigation at a home in Brant County. In August and September, three search warrants were executed on properties in Brant and Norfolk counties by street crimes unit members from Brant, Oxford, Elgin, Norfolk and Middlesex OPP.
