The perpetrator shot his relative before the act
An 18-year-old is singled out as the perpetrator behind the attack. He is said to have first shot his grandmother in his home, before driving his car into the ditch near the primary school. He must have worn a safety vest, backpack and at least one weapon when he entered the school. The 18-year-old was then shot dead by police on the spot.
