Five French tourists and one Swiss tourist were arrested in connection with the incident.

According to the news, the group, who was said to have gang-raped an 18-year-old British man on vacation in Magaluf, was laughing while recording the heinous attack on their mobile phones.
According to Última Hora’s report, the judge said the men were “having fun and laughing” in the videos, but never heard the female voice.
According to the judge, there is evidence of “truly degrading and humiliating practices” and no indication that the victim may have consented.
In addition, the group is said to have shot more than 20 videos of the event, 13 of which were found on one of their phones.
It was also claimed that two more people were involved in the incident and that the police were looking for them.
