It was the night between July 15 and 16 this year that the 18-year-old and the boy are suspected of having committed the crimes against the young woman in Motala.
According to the indictment, the young woman was allegedly robbed by the duo of 500 kroner, a sweater and a vest. In connection with that, she is said to have been burned twice in the forehead with a cigarette and injured with a knife.
Both the 18-year-old and the 14-year-old then forced themselves to have oral sex with the girl, which they filmed with the 18-year-old’s mobile phone. After that, they allegedly threatened to shoot her family and dog if she told anything about what happened.
The 18-year-old denies any crime, but has previously been convicted of violent crime. The 14-year-old also denies in questioning and cannot be prosecuted because he is not of legal age.
