The 14-year-old cannot be sentenced to any penalty, as he is under 15, but the prosecutor requested that the court examine the issue of guilt through a so-called evidentiary hearing.
The district court finds him guilty and sentences him to jointly and severally pay SEK 275,000 of the damages to the girl with the 18-year-old.
Burned and raped
It was the night between July 15 and 16 this year that the 18-year-old and the boy committed the crimes against the young woman in Motala.
The young woman was robbed by the duo of 500 kroner, a sweater and a vest. In connection with that, she was burned twice in the forehead with a cigarette and injured with a knife.
Both the 18-year-old and the 14-year-old then forced themselves to have oral sex with the girl, which they filmed with the 18-year-old’s mobile phone. After that, they allegedly threatened to shoot her family and dog if she told anything about what happened.
