RTL II’s anime afternoon influenced an entire generation in the 90s and 00s, who still know the intros to Pokémon, Kickers and Mila Superstar by heart. In our new podcast episode, I delve into our childhood and youth in front of the television with the anime expert and successful YouTuber Raafey.

We dig out early childhood anime memories. What started as a toddler with Heidi and Wickie on ZDF quickly turned into a great love for Sailor Warriors, Son Goku and of course Raffy’s search for the One Piece on RTL II in elementary school.
