The 15-year-old is charged together with a 25-year-old woman from Norrköping for preparation for murder and aggravated weapons offences. The woman is also charged with involving a minor in crime and minor drug offences.
According to the indictment, the 26-year-old man who was the target was shot dead by the 15-year-old with an automatic carbine inside the Mirum Galleria in the Hageby district on January 6.

16-year-old murderer
In connection with the arrest of the 15-year-old in Norrköping, it was revealed that the murder plans were directed against the 25-year-old on Öland and that a 16-year-old living in Malmö could be suspected of being the one who ordered both murders.
For the plans on Öland, two more people are charged with conspiracy to commit murder – a 17-year-old boy and a 23-year-old woman, both from Kalmar.
Evidence in chats
In support of the charges, the prosecutors Thomas Ramstedt and Christina Hildebrand, in addition to a series of physical evidence, also have films and a large amount of chats from the phones of those involved. All those involved deny wrongdoing.
What made it possible for the 15-year-old to be arrested?
– It was a person close to him who contacted the police, says Christina Hildebrand.
– And it was crucial information that, in combination with other information, led to a more urgent intervention by the police, says Thomas Ramstedt.
