First, the police found almost a kilo of cannabis with the boy’s grandmother. Then another 45 kilos were discovered in the apartment the boy used.
Now a 16-year-old is being charged at Malmö district court for serious drug crime and drug crime of the normal degree.
The boy himself claims that the narcotics were for his own use – a claim that would mean that the narcotics lasted for more than 100 years, writes Sydsvenskan. According to a calculation made by the newspaper, it would take 126 years to smoke up the seized narcotics, if one smokes one gram per day.
On the street, the drug is worth over six million kroner.
The boy, who is known to the police from before, attracted attention when the police discovered that he reeked of cannabis in the street. In the boy’s hand was a piece of cannabis, something that caused the police to further investigate the 16-year-old’s activities.
In the house searches that followed, narcotics were found in the grandmother’s apartment. Two months later, the boy was caught red-handed with a suitcase full of drugs as he was getting into a taxi – and then the large drug stash in the apartment the boy used was also finally revealed.
