Three 15-year-old boys are suspected of having planted the explosive device that was found in Kungsträdgården (“Kingsan”) in Stockholm last weekend.
One of them was detained on Sunday. The other two have been released at large, but are still suspects.
The suspicions relate to attempts at gross, public-dangerous devastation and violations of the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods.
The explosive device was found in a bag on August 21 while the Stockholm culture festival was taking place in the area.
