15 people have died in a fire at a bar in the city of Kostroma in Russia.
The fire broke out Saturday night after someone fired a flare gun during an argument, authorities said. The roof collapsed in the fire. The police are investigating the incident and are looking for the person who fired the flare gun.
250 people were evacuated from the building and at least five were injured, but did not require medical attention.
Kostroma is around 30 miles north of Moscow.
