1,400 mobile phones stolen – the police are asking for help

During the night of Friday, approximately 1,400 mobile phones, worth over six million kroner, were stolen from a warehouse in an industrial area in Lund. The phones belong to the municipality of Lund and now the police are asking the public for help as they have run into the investigation.

— 1,400 phones are bulky and heavy. Somehow you must have used a vehicle during the night, says police spokesperson Patric Fors.

The incident is being investigated as aggravated theft.

“Hopefully there is someone who has seen or heard something who can help us move forward.”
