It’s the dinghy cup in Vindhem on Alnö outside Sundsvall. Around a dozen dinghies cruise around to get a good position for the start. It is important to be close to the starting line and high upwind to gain the upper hand on the first cross.
More fun than football
Theo Möllerberg is in his second season and this year the family, where the father’s name is Pierre Ragnehag and is a reporter at SVT Västernorrland, has rented an Optimist dinghy all summer. Theo has no problem describing what he loves about being out at sea.
– Sailing is so much to keep track of, the wind, the course and other things. And more fun than football, he says.
In the clip, Theo talks about why he loves sailing. Tell tails, which are mentioned in the video, are a kind of thread that sits on the sail so you can see how the air behaves.
