The apartments will be realized on the first and second floors, which are currently used as office and warehouse space. The size varies from about 40 to 70 square meters. Future tenants will have access to a shared courtyard garden with a view of the Dom Tower and an indoor bicycle shed. The project is called ‘The Elisabeth’. Rental rates are not yet known.
