A motorist in Utrecht was hit twice on Tuesday evening. First, the man’s driver’s license was confiscated because he was driving under the influence. He was banned from driving until 11:10 p.m. But then he was checked again by the police at 11 p.m. on the Graadt van Roggenweg. The man was still under the influence, so he was driving with a driving ban and without a driver’s license. That was reason for the police to arrest him again. He likes himself according to the police to be held accountable in court.
