About 3,000 households in Breukelen, Nieuwersluis, Loosdrecht and Loenen aan de Vecht were without power for a few hours last night due to a disruption. It happened around 7:30 PM. Technicians from grid operator Stedin had difficulty finding the cause, but eventually encountered a defective cable. It was repaired around 11:30 PM and everyone had power again.
