Province of Utrecht – The police managed to arrest a scooter rider last night after a chase and ultimately with the help of a helicopter. A white scooter drove through Zuilen at high speed without a license plate, the police reported on Instagram. Police tried to stop the drivers, who were driving without helmets, but without success.
