9 p.m.: Explosion at home in Amersfoort
An explosive went off at a house on the Keerkring in Amersfoort this evening. No one was injured, a police spokesperson said. There was also an explosion at the house last year.
4:15 p.m.: Residents can return to apartment after gas leak
Stedin and the fire brigade have stopped the gas leak in Amersfoort. The residents can return to their homes. The cause of the gas leak is unknown.

A motorist collided with a train at the Hermelijnlaan railway crossing in Veenendaal this morning around 7:50 am. After the incident, the driver continued driving. All emergency services were present, but the driver was already gone.

A passer-by found a possible explosive at Het Masker in Amersfoort this morning around 11:30 am, near the bridge over the pond at the Emiclaer shopping center. The police have cordoned off the area in a radius of 50 meters and are investigating.
9.48 am: Explosion at the front door in Amersfoort
Last night there was an explosion at around 00.40 at the Sprengenberg in Amersfoort. The street was cordoned off and the police immediately started an investigation. No injuries were reported, police reported.
8.43 am: Trains are running again between Rhenen and Veenendaal
Due to a collision on the track near Veenendaal, no trains ran between Veenendaal Centrum and Rhenen. It was resolved around 9:15 am.
7:30 am: Code yellow this morning
