On the A28 near Nijkerk (Gelderland), a burning car causes a traffic jam in the direction of Zwolle for more than 45 minutes. Traffic is allowed to drive past on one hard shoulder. On the other side of the highway there is a traffic jam towards Amersfoort. This results in an additional 30 minutes of travel time. Rijkswaterstaat does not yet know when the A28 will be completely free again.
