The big Wizarding World Collection in 4K
Included are the first eight Hogwarts films about Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) in the fight against Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes), as well as the three-part prequel Fantastic Beasts with Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). As is well known, this also revolves around the later head of the magic school Dumbledore (here Jude Law) and the evil magician Grindelwald (Johnny Depp/Mads Mikkelsen).
Harry Potter continues as a reboot
Two more films in the Fantastic Beasts series were originally supposed to be released, but nothing will happen. Now the focus seems to be entirely on that Reboot of Harry Potter as a series to lie, although the theater sequel Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, written by JK Rowling, was already being discussed as a sequel. Daniel Radcliffe will probably no longer play a role in any case.
Overall, it will be exciting to see what else Warner Bros. conjures up with the license with Harry Potter and Co. The new series is supposed to run for a full 10 years and it may not be impossible that new films will result from it. So fans can be excited.
