A crowdfunding campaign by the municipality of Utrecht has raised the target amount of 100,000 euros within ten days. The municipality wants to use that money to financially support one hundred working Utrecht residents on social assistance for a year. At the same time, the collection is also an indictment of national policy, according to councilor Linda Voortman.
