The girl was killed by a train in November 2015 after a night out in Hilversum. According to the Public Prosecution Service, she committed suicide, but the parents still have many questions. They state that insufficient research has been done and experts engaged by the Knoops law firm do not rule out a crime and call suicide “very implausible”.
